TURN UP THE HEAT
Cook together under the expert guidance of Chef/Owner Mark Strausman. co-author of TheTwo Meatballs, and author of A Campagna Table.
An interactive cooking demonstration where everyone is divided into groups to learn, brainstorm and work together for a culinary creation. After your team building event, enjoy your 4-course inner created by the team at Fred’s. We do the clean-up! Turn up the Heat- each team will received a box of ingredients in which to create a dish. You will begin by coming up with a dish to prepare with the ingredients, and then work together to create the dish.
Mark Strausman will taste each and award a prize to the winner based on taste, presentation, name of the dish and team dynamics. It’s not only about the dish but how you work together!.
Your event schedule:
Cocktail Reception –
- arrive to a selection of Fred’s mouthwatering hors d’oeuvres and get your palates ready
- 45 minute cocktail reception- premium open bar and a selection of 8 hors d’oeuvres
- Cooking Demonstration/Class: a collaborative and competitive culinary adventure
- 4 course dinner – red and white wine served at dinner
